Conquer a Mountain, Excited Much ;)

Oh my.... right now I'm having butterflies in my stomach.

I've got too many butterflies in there actually and they are so excited but my lips are giving a super wide smile.

I am super duper excited about our climb this holiday. May 1 is declared as National Labor Day here in the Philippines and it's so sad if I will just let this chance pass, right?

Sorry but I didn't pack up my things yet but tonight I will certainly do that.

I just post how excited I am right now. I cannot stop my fingers and the thoughts in my mind imagining how amazing it would be.

I already asked my friend what's the name of the mountain that we will conquer and I guess she didn't know it either. This is not her first time to climb up that mountain but didn't have the interest to know it's name, I guess. Hmmm...well I know it'll going to be fun for sure.

I already search for the mountains in Batangas so I know what to expect.

I'm doing my stretching while typing actually for me to be prepared for our mountain conquering ;)

I cannot wait to take pictures of it and tell the adventure to be unfold.

I'm sorry but all I have is my cellphone's camera and I hope this baby of mine will never fail to capture those moments and sceneries.

Guys...this will going to be super fun!

'Til next post ;)

Kaibigan....

Heto kami noon:

Ang aming tambayan. Malapit sa C.R.

Mula sa aming Baguio City Tour

Wala talaga 'kong matinong pose ^_^

Best Food Forward, I WON! The Good & The Bad News

Congratulations! You won 5 passes to Best Food Forward!

I received an email with this subject.
My heart is beating so fast and pumping too much blood. I'm catching my breath because of the excitement.

OMG! I won! I won!

This is the first time that I join and the first time that I won.

How do I won this? I just like their Facebook account and write a post (http://blognipoclay.blogspot.com/2013/04/get-your-best-food-forward-go-virgin-to.html) and then.. Tadaaaaa...! I get the chance to win.

And the very sad part is that.....I missed the said event.

I am so dumb fool.

Why am I so stupid to miss this chance....?

I don't have internet connection for two days and I'm not giving it a try to pay computer rentals so that I could check important emails like this. Geez!
I am so stupid....

Poclay as Cinderella ????

I don't feel well today because of the colds. It's really inconvenient.

I got a terrible headache until today  T_T

I don't have the right to be absent from work today, why? I have to attend the Investor's Night together with my boss and Ms. L.A.

OK, I'm not the typical girl that you know. If you know the word "MANANG" then you have the idea what I looked like.

I don't usually wear the "pa-girl" type but commonly pants and shirt.

I have to buy a dress yesterday because I don't have one.

I am not into wearing dresses but this time I have to.

I don't have the chance to buy a new pair of shoes that will match my dress because of the "budget" thing. I already surrendered the money to my mother ^_^

So tonight, this ugly duckling will be a Cinderella who is about to attend the grand ball tonight.

I'll post the event tomorrow ^_^

Get Your BEST FOOD FORWARD! Go Virgin to Foodie Events Poclay!

Early morning, checking my emails and then something caught my eye...

"Best Food Forward 2013"

Just from the subject my eyes got widen and the clouds of foods started to pop out over my head.
Oh geez!

I started to crave and think about the foods that makes me drool. Sluuuuurp!

This is the first time that I've heard about this event, tsk tsk tsk! Poor me.
But people, it is now on it's 3rd year! And it is to be expected to be fun and food-filled event.

OK, check out your calendars and mark April 20 to 21, because this is the twin big days for FOODS!
Visit NBC Tent Bonifacio Global City opens from 10am to 8pm.

My fingers and eyes are busy browsing and.. got it!

"It not only nourishes but has the power to continue bringing kith and kin together, convert strangers into friends and at the same time, happily give newcomers an avenue to prove their worth in the bustling food industry" Isn't it fun?

I am now super excited about it.

And...they will be giving 5 tickets to 10 lucky foodies.

Ooooops! Most of my post are about the places I've visited and I have a few post about the foods I've tasted. Hmmm.... anyway, I just got a few post ^_^

But there's no harm in trying right?

OK, Virgin to Foodie Poclay, try it! Try it!

If I will be given a chance to bring 4 people with me to experience, see, smell, touch and taste the pouring foods on the said event I will tell it to the 4 people I know who are very excited to hear about food:

1. My Mama/bestfriend : she is super duper into good foods. I can imagine how her eyes will got widen when she heard the news and what more if she's there. Good foods right in front of her.

2. My Tita Laura : a super woman working for her kids. A frustrated entrepreneur ^_^. She just asked us (all my cousins and me) what is the good business to put up because she wanted to stay at home and leave her demanding boss. She's good in cooking and baking. And I know she'll be excited to know about this. This I know will going to help her.

3. My Cousin L.A. : she's a partner at work and during food trippings. You cannot tell with just her physical appearance but try her at the food table ^_^. She didn't blog but she is definitely a food lover

4. My Buddy Michelle : she's a best friend that started during our college days. Well you can tell that she loves food when you see her, trust me ^_^. Whenever we meet we will going to die if we will not eat. Her mom is good in cooking that's why her taste buds is good at tasting.

Thinking about the foods and the drinks makes me close my eyes and pray that they might hear my taste buds getting excited and give this Poclay a chance to experience this big event T_T

Baguio City 2013: Te Quiero

I love this Te Quiero menu. I find it sexy.
Ang seksi ng dating n'ya, infairness.

Te Quiero Tapas Bar and Restaurant is located between Microtel Inn and Victory Liner Bus Terminal.

Nasa Victory Liner Bus na kami 2hours before our departure.
And I warned them before we enter, with a hush voice "Mahal dito ah....".

Excitement for the experience and the food, feeling nervous because I know it will leave me crying because I know it cost much.

Ang ganda sa loob, mukhang class.

  Chad making funny face

Club Sandwich De Microtel

At ang kay Chad:
Sorry I forgot the name

Kaya super eagerness akong mag-fill up ng kanilang Comment Card.

Definitely I will be going back here.

Baguio City 2013: Goofing Around at Bakahan at Manukan, Barrio Fiesta & Pinoy Hotpot

After the our stomach got filled and happy we gave the staff of Rose Bowl a smile and thanked them.

We decided to walk going to Burnham Park.

And I saw something....and my eyes got wide. BAKAHAN AT MANUKAN.
On this on stop eats you could find Bakahan at Manukan, Pinoy Hotpot and Barrio Fiesta.
Excitedly I told my brother to walk fast and I will take photos of him with the funny statues.

But Mama is so tired at that time and decided to just wait for us on a waiting shed.

And the soft drop of rain began to fall.... T_T

But it doesn't stop us from goofing around and have fun.

I'm sorry my phone's battery is low that's why I just got few photos:

Way up high

He laugh hard when he saw this. And he pose as if he's preventing the Security Guard from the upcoming confrontation with the chef who pees

We don't care even if it's raining during our picture taking

And when the rain began to fall so hard we decided to run back at the road where Mama is waiting.

We missed the others, but it will not be comfortable if we are soaking wet, right?

We have fun during our quick stop here ;)

Baguio City: Must-Eats 50's Diner (Unsuccessful :'( ) Rose Bowl (Successful)

May kasama pa itong rice:

 Sa totoo lang.... MASARAP LAHAT!!!
